Romeo Oh Romeo

On our honeymoon, we had the chance to be in Verona for a day. Here is the breakdown of our quick but lovely day..

We started our day out in our little cutesy car. What we named "The Panda". It was a Panda Fiat. Yes, looks adorable in the picture but pushing on the gas did pretty much nothing. It was extremely slow. It did however get us to Verona.

Seems silly, but I insisted we go to Juliet's house. I obviously know it wasn't her real house but it's quite romantic to tour the place.

The beloved balcony.

There is a statue of her placed outside her house. My favorite part that I was most excited to see were the love letters people place on the wall near the house. They have currently stopped letting you stick letters outside. However, you can type one on the computer and then someone will reply.

There is something so romantic with letters of love and heartbreak around you. It's a place where you can relate to love that has tragedy.

Next, we walked around the market area. Verona was gorgeous, and had so much wonderful food.

After eating at a bakery, we rushed to "The Panda" before the meter went off. It was off to the next stop!
